  1. Can I manually select a camera angle from my vehicle with Surround View Camera with 3D View?

    Yes. Vehicles equipped with the 360-degree Surround View Camera with 3D View offer up to 8 different camera angles. You can manually select these angles, and as a bonus, the cameras can create a computer-generated image of your BMW. This will help you to avoid obstacles around you, especially when you are parking in tight spaces.

  3. What is the maximum gradient that I can use Remote Control Parking on?

    The maximum gradient where the Remote Control Parking feature can operate up to 5%.

  5. How far can I move the vehicle with Remote Control Parking?

    On a vehicle that includes Remote Control Parking, you can move the vehicle up to 1.5 times its length. This can only be done using the BMW Display Key.

    BMWs that have Perpendicular Parking Assistant boast an advanced feature that will help them park their vehicle. The system will scan possible parking locations by utilizing ultrasonic sensors to measure space on either side of the vehicle, as long as you're driving less than 35 km/h and a maximum distance of 1.5 m from the spot. Once the system finds the ideal parking space, it will take over steering, braking and acceleration. The driver will need to stay alert while this process is going on.

    BMWs that have Parallel Parking Assistant boast an advanced feature that will help them park their vehicle. The system will scan possible parking locations by utilizing ultrasonic sensors to measure space on either side of the vehicle, as long as you're driving less than 35 km/h and a maximum distance of 1.5 m from the spot.
