2018 BMW M3
Visually, the new M3 bears a striking visage. From the high-gloss black grille and large, aerodynamically enhanced air inlets to the streamlined LED headlights, the M3’s front end gives the look of a stalking beast preparing to pounce. Its lines and curves cut a dynamic profile, exhibiting motion and energy even when standing still. The carbon fibre reinforced plastic roof, in keeping with BMW’s intelligent lightweight construction, keeps the car’s weight down and shifts its centre of gravity lower than a standard sedan, allowing the M3 to grip the road and improve the vehicle’s performance when taking corners or sharp bends on the road. With a positively snarling 3.0-litre TwinPower Turbo inline-6 engine, the M3 is capable of a staggering 444 horsepower, which translates to a 0-100km/h time of just over 4 seconds and peak torque of 406 ft.-lb. The new M3’s specifications are impressive, but trust us when we say that reading about it simply doesn’t compare to experiencing its performance firsthand.
BMW M3 CS
This upper level of the BMW M3 CS is the standard version kicked up a few notches as the most powerful of the M3 variants. The high-performance M3 is equipped with the highest in design elements and power for the M3, an impressive mark across the entirety of the BMW Lineup. Unfortunately, this model has seen only limited production, so it might be hard to get your hands on it. For drivers of the regular M3, luckily there’s the M3 competition packages, which improves the TwinPower engine, adaptive suspension, 20” M light-alloy wheels and a sport exhaust system. To get the most out of your BMW M3, explore all its competition side has to offer.
