1. APEX Concierge
Correspondence with only a single point of contact who will assist you with all of your ownership needs.
2. To Your Door
When you choose any of the eight beautiful BMWs, we will bring the vehicle to you either at your home or office. A professional vehicle presentation and exclusive test-drive will also be provided.
3. No-Charge Scheduled Maintenance
With APEX, many of the vital servicing needs that a vehicle requires will be completed at no additional charge. Some conditions may apply.
4. Priority Service
If your BMW requires a service inspection, we will prioritize your request by booking you the same day as your request.
5. Uninterrupted BMW Mobility
Anytime your BMW is in for service. We will make sure to provide you with the best available mobility option.
6. Simplified Lease-End
Any customer who has added BMW Financial Services Excess Wear & Use Protection, will be assigned a Lease Maturity Concierge representative. This representative will guide you through the lease return process, without the involvement of a third-party lease return inspection company.
