BMW Connected App Overview
With the BMW Connected App, you will have access to your BMW from anywhere, allowing you to perform many useful functions. Some of those functions include locking/unlocking your vehicle, schedule a service appointment, and link your calendar with destinations. All of these functions are accessible through the convenience of your smartphone device, making it intuitive to use.

Remote 3D View
Keeping an eye out on your BMW has never been easier than with the available Remote 3D View feature, which streams a live feed of your parked vehicle's surrounding directly onto your smartphone device.
Remote Engine Start
Available on certain new BMWs is the Remote Engine Start with Climate Timer feature, letting you schedule or immediately start up the engine and cool or warm up the cabin through the climate control system.
Time To Leave Notifications
When you set up your appointments and link the destination, the BMW Connected App will utilize live traffic data to issue a notification to advise you to begin travelling to the appointment to arrive in time. With this feature, you will never be late, and it makes planning much less stressful.
Learned Destination
As you frequently visit certain locations, the app will recognize that and save those locations to your navigation system on your BMW, making it easier and more efficient to navigate to your favourite places.
Service Appointment Scheduling
You can schedule an appointment through the app, and it only takes few easy steps. Start by selecting the Schedule Service button from the BMW Retailers menu, then choose the service package or a specific service, and lastly, set your preferred date and time to finish booking.
Send To Vehicle
You can search for new places to visit from your smartphone device, and then with the BMW Connected App, you can push those directly to the navigation system. Right as you enter your BMW and connect your device to the Bluetooth, the directions will only be one click away.
Navigate Door To Door
When you end your navigation trip and park close by, you will have the option to continue navigation on foot by pressing the "Walking directions to destinations." Once you do that, your Apple iPhone or Apple Watch can guide you directly to your destination's door.
Multi-Vehicle Management
Keeping track of your BMWs is seamless with the BMW Connected App. From one device, you select Multi-Vehicle Management to switch between your BMWs on the app. This function lets you enable Remote Services, check service requirements, and lots more.

Press the "Share Live Trip Status," and your preset personal will get information about your exact location, your destination, and your arrival time.
