Features
With this product, you will get two features that you can opt for, including Replacement Event and the optional Repair Event that's only available when you purchase Replacement Event. The Replacement Event waives a specified amount from the outstanding debt left from your vehicle loan financed by BMW Financial Services when your BMW is deemed a total loss by the primary insurer. You can also purchase additional coverage that waives a defined amount from your financial obligation when your BMW is only deemed a partial loss. For the additional coverage to apply, repairs must be paid by the primary insurer, and damage must be reported and appear on the vehicle's history records, such as CarProof or CarFax. Eligibility
The Limited Debt Waiver is a product available for all BMW models, including new, certified pre-owned, and pre-owned BMWs financed through BMW Financial Services. This product must be purchased on the same date shown as your BMW Financial Services Conditional Sales Agreement contract. You can opt for coverage on loan amounts up to $180,000, which allows you to get this product for various BMW models. As for the term periods available, you can choose from flexible options that range up to 84 months to cover you during your financing period.
