Lane Departure Warning
This system is specifically designed to keep you on course. The Lane Departure Warning system, including the camera-based Collision Warning, recognizes lane markings at a distance of approximately 50 meters and beyond with a speed of roughly 70 km/h. If you are on a long journey and have the system activated, your vehicle will tend to move left and right. If you come near or drive over the lane markings without using your indicators, the camera-based system will warn you visually and gently vibrate the steering wheel. The camera-based Collision Warning system detects vehicles ahead and warns the driver if the gap between them and the vehicle ahead has become too short. If there is a looming collision, it will help you to avoid it to the best of its abilities depending on exterior conditions.
