These Protection Products always need to be better-understood in-terms of what is considered acceptable or unacceptable. With excess wear and use protection, your BMW is protected from various unexpected accidents that may occur. Let's dive in deeper and find out exactly what is covered.
Frame and Unibody
After a severe collision, your frame or unibody can be compromised and would need to be repaired to the manufacturer's specifications. These repairs need to also abide by the specific repair methods used by the manufacturer. If for any reason, the structural integrity of the frame or unibody is compromised like (e.g. bulked unibody, channel torn metal, kinked radiator support), it will not be accepted. Finally, if any sheet metal damage to the rocker panels has occurred, it will not be covered.
Mechanical, Electrical, and Accessories
There are many components in your BMW, and to keep the vehicle in top shape, they need to be monitored and brought back when your lease is complete.
- Missing equipment including, but not limited to, keys, manuals, or cargo covers
- Any vehicle warning lights (engine light, airbag lights, brake service lights, traction control etc.)
